PT Yoke Food Industries Indonesia is a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave (F&N) Group, one of the largest and longest-running FMCG companies in the ASEAN region. We are looking for potential candidates for the Brand Manager position.
Job Responsibilities:
- To conceptualize and formulate marketing strategies and plans. To ensure their effective and timely execution to achieve brand sales and market share objective
- To manage, plan and optimize utilization of the A&P budget for advertising, PR, promotions and research to meet brand needs and objective
- To engage and work with advertising, media, activation, social media & PR agencies to conceptualize, develop and execute effective through-the-line communication strategies and plans to drive brand imageries and shape consumer behaviour.
- To manage and drive the development and implementation of new brand initiatives (e.g. NPD) launches by pro-actively engaging relevant internal stakeholders to ensure launch timelines are on track and met
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns
- To perform special tasks/projects/assignments or any other work given by the Management/immediate superior as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Have experience of more than 5 years of work in Brand/ Marketing Management
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and ability to work under challenging deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to measure and report all of the performance of marketing campaigns
- Team working skills
