What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability, by establishing a life-long relationship with existing and new customers.
- Securing an easy buying process from home to home, understanding and matching customers’ needs and expectations now and in the future.
- Implement the Customer Relations action plan and support the goals and targets given, which ensures the effective execution of our action plan, which is creating a positive experience for the customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again.
- Ensuring the department/work area is effective and efficiently equipped at all times during trading hours for the customer and cost-efficient for the store.
- Handling complaints in an efficient, accurate, and friendly way.
We want you to be a person who:
- Has background/experience in customer service and/or retail industry will be an advantage.
- Able to prioritise and organise work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available.
- Is self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team.
- Able to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in local(s) language and English.
- Is willing to work in a store and available to work in shifts and placed in East Jakarta.
