- Actively find and develop prospects/projects related to Commercial/Industrial IT Solution
- Managing IT partners in project development
- Build and maintain the relationship with new or existing business partners or end-users
- Fulfil average visit at least 2 customers per day
- Technically sound and eager to learn new products and follow industry trend
- Highly motivated and the target in driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent managing & directing sales team
- Meeting planned sales goals & setting individual sales target with sales team
- Developing sales team & proven motivation counselling and product knowledge education
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor degree from reputable University/Institution
· Age below 40 years old
· Passion in technical sales
· Understand English is a must
· Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
